AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and EuroLink Careers ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our platform.

USER CONTENT

You retain ownership of content you submit to the platform. However, by submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content in connection with operating the platform.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit your content and that your content does not violate any third-party rights.

JOB LISTINGS

We strive to verify all job listings on our platform. However:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy of any job posting
• We are not responsible for employer conduct or hiring decisions
• Employment relationships are solely between you and the employer
• We recommend conducting your own due diligence before accepting any position

FEES AND PAYMENT

Access to our platform is currently free for job seekers. We reserve the right to:

• Introduce fees for certain features or services
• Change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Offer premium subscription tiers

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by EuroLink Careers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EuroLink Careers shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform
• Damages from unauthorized access to your account or data

TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.
