Join our fast-paced startup accelerator as a Project Coordinator, helping innovative tech companies launch and scale their products. You'll manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities across multiple startups
• Create and maintain project schedules and timelines
• Track project progress and identify potential risks
• Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders
• Organize and lead project meetings
• Prepare status reports and presentations
• Manage project documentation and resources

Requirements

• 3+ years of project coordination experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Monday, Jira)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in tech or startup environment
• Ability to work independently and solve problems
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Nice to Have

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification
• Experience with agile methodologies
• Technical background or understanding
